24 Establishment of Board
(1)
The Northern Territory Board of Studies is established.
(2)
The Board:
(a)
represents the Territory; and
(b) enjoys the privileges, rights or immunities of the Crown in right of the Territory; and
(c)
is within the shield of the Crown in right of the Territory.
