32 Termination of appointment
(1)
The Administrator may terminate the appointment of a member of the Board for the following reasons:
(a)
inability, inefficiency, misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity;
(b)
the body that nominated the member of the Board under section
28(1)(b) or (c) so requests.
(2)
The Administrator must terminate the appointment of a member who:
(a)
is absent from 2 consecutive meetings of the Board, except on leave granted by the Board; or
(b)
becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with the member's creditors or makes an assignment of remuneration for their benefit.
