58 Application of Division
This Division applies to a person of or above the age of 18 years who:
(a)
applies for enrolment as a mature age student in a Government school or a non-Government school registered under Part 7; and
(b)
at the time of the application, is not enrolled in a school and has not been enrolled in a school in the preceding 12 months.
