63 Provisions applying to application for enrolment in Government school
(1)
An application under Part 5, Division 4 may be determined concurrently with an application under this Division for enrolment in a Government school.
(2)
The principal of the Government school must decide whether to grant or refuse an application under this Division within 14 days after receiving it.
(3)
As soon as practicable after the principal has made a decision under subsection (2), the principal must give written notice of the decision to the applicant.
