From the commencement of section 4 of the amending Act, in any code, licence, instrument, contract or document of any other kind:
(a)
a reference to a contestable customer or a non-contestable customer is taken to be a reference to a customer; and
(b)
a reference to an access agreement is taken to be a reference to a connection agreement.
