121 Saving of electricity pricing orders
An electricity pricing order made under section 44 that is in force immediately before the commencement of section 8 of the amending Act:
(a)
continues in force according to its terms after the commencement of section 8 of the amending Act; and
(b)
is taken to have been made under section 44 as in force after that commencement.
