Saving of Retail Code

The Retail Code made under regulation 2A of the Utilities

Commission Regulations 2001 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 24 of the amending Act continues in force after the commencement of section 44B of this Act and is taken to have been authorised under that section.

(2)

From the commencement of section 44B, a reference to regulation 2A of the Utilities Commission Regulations 2001 in any code, licence, instrument, contract or document of any other kind is taken to be a reference to section 44B.
