Conditions of environmental approval

In force

(1)

An environmental approval may be granted subject to any conditions that the Minister considers necessary in relation to the potential environmental impacts of any action to which the approval applies and imposes on the approval in accordance with this Act.

(2)

It is a condition of each environmental approval that any action to which the approval applies complies with the requirements of this

Act and the approval.

(3)

An approval holder must comply with the conditions of the environmental approval.
