87 Conditions requiring reporting of compliance with approval
(1)
A condition may require the approval holder to report to the CEO on the approval holder's compliance with the environmental approval and with any other requirements imposed by this Act in relation to the approval.
(2)
A report must be provided in the manner and at the times specified in the approval.
(3)
The CEO may direct the approval holder to publish the report in the manner the CEO directs.
