86 Conditions imposing financial requirements
(1)
A condition may provide that the approval holder must provide to the Minister an environment protection bond in the amounts or values and at the times required by the Minister by written notice to the approval holder.
(2)
A condition may require the approval holder to pay an environment protection levy in accordance with Part 7, Division 2.
