Part 9Transitional matters for Environment Legislation Amendment Act 2021
112 Definitions
In this Part:
amending Act means the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Legislation Amendment (Expansion of CDS and Other Matters) Act 2025.
commencement means the day on which Part 2 of the amending Act commences.
NT EPA means the Northern Territory Environment
Protection Authority established by section 6 of the Northern
Territory Environment Protection Authority Act 2012.
