116 Applications for review not determined before commencement
(1)
Subsection (2) applies in relation to an application to the Local
Court for review of a decision that:
(a)
was made by a person under section 46 as in force before the commencement; and
(b)
had not been finally determined by the Local Court before the commencement.
(2)
Subject to section 117, the Local Court must continue to hear and decide the person's application in accordance with sections 47 and 48 as in force before the commencement.
