115 Applications for review not made before commencement
(1) This section applies to a person if, immediately before the commencement, the person:
(a) was entitled to make an application to the Local Court for review of a decision under section 46 as in force before the commencement; and
(b)
had not yet made an application for review of the decision.
(2) The person may apply to the Local Court for review of the decision in accordance with section 46 as in force before the commencement.
(3) Subject to section 117, the Local Court must hear and decide the person's application in accordance with sections 47 and 48 as in force before the commencement.
