Conduct of casino

In force

Subject to this Act, nothing in a law of the Territory prevents a

Licensee or a person employed by a Licensee from conducting the business permitted by the casino licence in a casino in accordance with the terms and conditions of the casino licence and, to the extent that a condition would, but for this section, be in conflict with a law of the Territory, the law shall be deemed to be of no force or effect.
