22 Assignment of casino licence
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), a casino licence or an interest (whether beneficial or otherwise) in a casino licence may be assigned with the consent of the Minister.
(2)
The Minister may, in the Minister's absolute discretion, consent or refuse to consent to the assignment of a casino licence or an interest in a casino licence.
