23 Surrender of casino licence
Subject to a Licensee having paid all outstanding fees, taxes, levies and charges payable in relation to the Licensee's conduct of the business specified in the casino licence and the payment to the
Territory of any prizes that have been won but are unclaimed or unpaid, the Licensee may surrender the casino licence by notice in writing to the Minister and the licence ceases to have effect on its being so surrendered.
