33 Other responsibilities of health care provider
(1)
Nothing in this Act affects any other duty of care owed by a health care provider to a person.
(2)
Nothing in this Act relieves a health care provider from the requirement to comply with any of the following in administering health care under this Act:
(a)
another law of the Territory;
(b)
any requirements applicable to the health care provider by any relevant professional organisation;
(c)
any operational requirements for the administration of the health care.
