2 Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
Chairman means the Chairman of the Committee.
Committee means the Keep River National Park Local
Management Committee established by regulation 3.
member means a member of the Committee.
Park means the area declared to be a park under section
12 of the Act by notice dated 15 April 1981 and published in Gazette
No. G17 of 1 May 1981.
