51AB Provision of water source
(1)
The owner of a registered beehive must ensure the beehive is placed no more than 200 m from a source of water that is suitable to sustain bees.
(2)
The owner of a registered beehive commits an offence of strict liability if the owner fails to comply with subregulation (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
