51C Notice of change of details
(1)
The owner of a registered beehive must, in the approved form, notify the Registrar of a change in any of the details required to be kept in the register of beehives within 7 days of the change occurring.
(2)
A person required to notify the Registrar under subregulation (1) commits an offence if the person fails to do so.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(3)
An offence against subregulation (2) is an offence of strict liability.
