51AC Record keeping
(1)
The Registrar may determine the records the owner of a registered beehive must keep in relation to the beehive.
(2)
A determination under subregulation (1) must be published on the
Agency's website.
(3)
The owner of a registered beehive commits an offence of strict liability if the owner fails to keep a record required under a determination under subregulation (1).
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
