68 Person in charge must show movement permit
The person in charge of livestock being moved under a movement permit must:
(a)
have possession of the permit during the entire period of movement; and
(b)
at the request of an inspector during that period – show the inspector the permit.
Fault element: Strict liability offence.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
