12.05 Removal, addition or substitution of party
At any stage of proceedings, the Court may order that:
(a) a person who is not a proper or necessary party (whether or not the person was a party originally) cease to be a party;
any of the following persons be added as a party:
a person who ought to have been joined as a party;
(ii) a person whose presence before the Court is necessary to ensure that all questions in the proceedings are properly and completely determined;
(iii) a person in respect of whom there may exist a question arising out of, relating to or connected with a claim in the proceedings and it is just and convenient to determine the question between that person and a party as well as between the parties to the proceedings; or
(c) a person to whom paragraph (b) refers be substituted for a person to whom paragraph (a) refers.
