15.02 Litigation guardian
Except where provided otherwise by or under an Act, a person under a disability may only commence or defend proceedings by his or her litigation guardian.
A statement of claim or notice of defence filed by a litigation guardian is to state that the proceedings are commenced or defended by the litigation guardian on behalf of the person under a disability.
Except where these Rules provide otherwise, anything that is required or permitted by these Rules to be done by a party who is a person under a disability is required or permitted to be done by the party's litigation guardian.
Where a party has a litigation guardian in proceedings, no other person may act as the litigation guardian of that party unless the
Court orders otherwise.
