15.09 Order approving compromise, &c.
(1)
An order under rule 15.08 approving a compromise by which money is to be paid by or to a person under a disability is to be in accordance with Form 15A or 15B, whichever is appropriate.
(2)
An order approving a compromise or payment of money is to state the dates referred to in rules 15.08(4)(a) and (b).
