15.03 Person who may be litigation guardian
(1) A person may be the litigation guardian of a person under a disability if he or she:
(a)
is not a person under a disability; and
(b) has no interest in the proceedings adverse to that of the person under a disability.
(2) Where a person is authorised by a law in force in the Territory to conduct legal proceedings in the name of or on behalf of a person under a disability, he or she is entitled to be the litigation guardian of a person under a disability in proceedings to which his or her authority extends, unless the Court orders otherwise.
