18.04 Party may ascertain description of non-party
Rule 18.03 applies with the necessary changes where:
(a)
the applicant is a party to proceedings and wishes to make a claim against a person who is not a party to proceedings; and
(b)
the claim is one that the applicant could properly have made had the person been a party.
