18.07 Discovery from non-party relating to question
Where:
(a)
the applicant is a party to proceedings; and
(b) it appears that a person who is not a party to the proceedings has or is likely to have, or has had or is likely to have had, a document in his or her possession that relates to a question in the proceedings,
the Court may order that the person must give discovery of the document to the applicant.
