18.06 Discovery from non-party relating to relief
Rule 18.05 applies with the necessary changes where:
(a)
the applicant is a party to proceedings;
(b) there is reasonable cause to believe that the applicant has or may have the right to obtain relief from a person who is not a party to the proceedings; and
(c) the applicant could properly have claimed relief from the person had the person been a party.
