21.05 Admission of copy

At the hearing of a proceedings, the Court may admit as evidence a copy of a document without enquiring into the non-production of the original document if:

(a)

the Court considers it is proper to do so; and

(b) there is no real dispute as to the contents or authenticity of the original document.
