3.06 Registrar may return document
(1)
A registrar may return a document if the registrar considers that:
(a)
the form or contents of the document show that, if the document were to be accepted, the proceedings would be an abuse of the process of the Court; or
(b)
the document is irregular or is not prepared in accordance with these Rules.
(2)
A document returned under subrule (1) is to be taken as filed but is to be corrected in accordance with the registrar's directions.
(3)
A Judge or judicial registrar may direct a registrar to accept a document for filing.
