3.07 Prescribed forms

(1)

In these Rules, a reference to a form by number is a reference to the form so numbered in Schedule 1.

(2)

If a document required by or under an Act or by these Rules is not prescribed in these Rules or in a practice direction, a registrar may accept a document in the form adapted from the most relevant form in Schedule 1 or the practice directions.

(3)

An inaccuracy in the completion of a form or the use of a wrong form does not invalidate proceedings, but the Court may make amendments to the form or give directions in respect of the form that the Court considers appropriate.
