Part 37Appeals
37.03 Persons who may be joined
(1)
A person who is:
(a)
affected by the relief sought by a notice of appeal; or
(b)
is interested in maintaining the decision appealed against,
may be joined as an appellant or respondent.
(2) The Court may order the addition or removal of a person as an appellant or respondent.
(3) A person is not to be made an appellant without his or her consent.
