37.09 Hearing of appeal
(1)
The Court may give the directions it considers appropriate in respect of the hearing of an appeal.
(2)
If a respondent fails to attend the hearing, the Court may hear the appeal if it is satisfied that the notice of appeal was properly served on the respondent.
(3)
If an appellant fails to attend the hearing, the Court may dismiss the appeal or make the orders it considers appropriate.
(4)
If neither party attends at the hearing, the Court may make the orders it considers appropriate.
