48.09 Notice by person who is not employer
If a person served with an attachment of earnings order directed to that person is not the judgment debtor's employer at the time of service, the person must, promptly after service, give notice of that fact to a registrar and the judgment creditor in accordance with
Form 48E.
If a person served with an attachment of earnings order directed to the person is the employer of the judgment debtor at the time of service, but later ceases to be the judgment debtor's employer, the person must, promptly after ceasing to be the judgment debtor's employer, give notice of that fact to a registrar and the judgment creditor in accordance with Form 48E.
