53.03 Sequestration order against officer
Where:
the person ordered to pay money into the Court is a corporation;
and
an order is made for the sequestration of the property of an officer of the corporation (whether or not an order for sequestration is also made against the corporation),
the sequestration order:
is to give the same authority and direction to the sequestrators with respect to the real and personal estate of the officer as in the case of an order against a corporation; and
is to provide that the sequestrators must keep the estate under sequestration in their hands until the corporation complies with the order to be enforced by sequestration or until further order.
