The Court may discharge a sequestration order.

Part 53A Identity crime

53A.01 Application for victim's certificate

A person's application for a victim's certificate under section

28C(1) of the Local Court (Civil Procedure) Act 1989 must be in accordance with Form 53AA.

53A.02 Certificate for victims of identity crime

For section 28C(3) of the Local Court (Civil Procedure) Act 1989, the prescribed form is Form 53AB.
