7.03 Costs to be specified
(1)
If the plaintiff claims a debt or liquidated demand only, the statement of claim is to contain the following statement:
If you pay the amount of $ and costs of $ to the plaintiff or the plaintiff's legal practitioner without filing and serving a notice of defence you may avoid further costs.
(2)
The amount of costs specified in the statement is to be the amount of costs applicable under Part 38 to the amount claimed plus the fee for the filing and service of the statement of claim.
