31 Assessment criteria for committee to use in recommendations
In making a recommendation under section 28, the committee must consider the following matters:
(a)
community of interests in the local government area including economic, social and regional interests;
(b)
types of communication and travel in the local government area with special reference to issues arising out of remoteness or distance;
(c)
the trend of population changes in the local government area;
(d)
the density of population in the local government area;
(e)
the physical features of the local government area.
