69 Constitution of local government subsidiary
(1)
The constitution of a local government subsidiary must be approved by the Minister.
(2)
The constitution must provide that any liabilities of the local government subsidiary are guaranteed by the constituent council or councils.
(3)
The constituent council or councils may, with the Minister's approval, vary the constitution of the local government subsidiary.
(4)
The approved constitution must be accessible on the Agency's website and on the website of the constituent council or councils.
