74 Abolition of local government subsidiary
(1)
The Minister may, by Gazette notice, abolish a local government subsidiary.
(2)
Irrespective of the constitution of the local government subsidiary, on abolition of a local government subsidiary, the
Minister may make directions in relation to the transfer or vesting of its property, rights and liabilities.
