36 Definitions
In this Part:
amending Regulations means the Transport Legislation
Amendment Regulations 2024.
commencement means the commencement of Part 2 of the
Transport Legislation Amendment Regulations 2024.
former ABP Standard means the ABP Standard as defined in regulation 18A, as in force immediately before the commencement.
new ABP Standard means the ABP Standard as defined in regulation 18A, as in force after the commencement.
vessel means a vessel to which Part 3A applies.
