37 Sale of vessels with builders plates fixed in accordance with former ABP Standard
A reference to the ABP Standard in regulation 18D(1), as in force after the commencement, is taken to include a reference to the former
ABP Standard for a vessel that is sold by a person after the commencement if:
(a)
a builders plate was fixed to the vessel on a date before the commencement; and
(b)
the builders plate was fixed to the vessel in accordance with, and otherwise complies with the requirements of, the former ABP
Standard.
