18 Presiding at meetings
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Chairperson or, in his absence, the Deputy Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Board at which he is present.
(2)
In the absence of the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson, the
Board members present at a meeting of the Board shall elect an acting chairperson and that person may exercise the powers and shall perform the functions of the Chairperson for that meeting.
