22 Annual report to be submitted to annual general meeting
As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, the
Board shall submit an annual report on the work, and the audited statement of receipts and expenditure, of the School for the financial year to the annual general meeting referred to in section 8(1) and to the Council.
