20 Revocation of authorisation and interim authorisation

(1)

The Senior Practitioner may revoke an authorisation or interim authorisation at any time.

(2)

If the Senior Practitioner revokes an authorisation or interim authorisation, the Senior Practitioner must give written notice of the revocation and the Senor Practitioner's reasons for the revocation to:

(a)

the NDIS provider who made the application for the authorisation or interim authorisation; and

(b)

the participant.
