21 Reviewable decisions
(1)
A reviewable decision is a decision under section
15(1)(a) or (b), 18(2)(a) or (b) or 20(1).
(2)
An affected person, for a reviewable decision, is:
(a)
the NDIS provider who made the application for the authorisation or interim authorisation; or
(b)
the NDIS behaviour support practitioner for the behaviour support plan or interim behaviour support plan; or
(c)
the participant or the participant's guardian.
