22 Application for review of authorisation decisions
(1)
An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to the
CEO for an internal review of the decision.
(2)
Subject to subsection (3), the application must be made within
28 days after written notice of the decision is given to the affected person.
(3)
However, if the reviewable decision is a decision to authorise a restrictive practice, an affected person mentioned in section 21(2)(c) may make the application at any time during the period of the authorisation or interim authorisation.
(4)
The application must be in the approved form.
(5)
The making of an application under this section does not stay the operation of the reviewable decision.
