Decision by CEO on internal review

In force

(1)

After receiving a recommendation under section 25(2), the CEO must:

(a)

affirm the decision; or

(b)

vary the decision; or

(c)

set aside the decision and substitute a new decision.

(2)

In making a decision under this section, the CEO is not bound by the recommendation made by the internal reviewer.
