15 Reopening of proceeding
(1)
For section 80(4) of the Act, an application to reopen a proceeding must be filed with the Registrar by 4:00 pm on the day that is 28 days after the date on which the decision was made.
(2)
The time specified in subrule (1) may be extended under section
68 of the Act only in exceptional circumstances.
